Here’s what to expect for your first day…
Check in:
When you arrive at Lion’s Crest, you will be greeted by one of our AWESOME Coaches. We’ll get them ready for classes and introduce them to the Team!
We have a parent seating area, so you can also be a part of the Team!
Classes:
Our classes are FUN and FOCUSED!
Your child can expect to meet new friends and learn fun moves during their trial!
What to bring:
We recommend that your child wear comfortable gym clothes: regular shirt and basketball shorts, or appropriate leggings for girls. They’ll also want to bring a water bottle. We do not train with shoes on the mat, so foot wear isn’t important, but clean feet are!
