WHAT IS KICKBOXING?

    Kickboxing gives you the tools to defend yourself while still on your feet. Focusing on punches and kicks allows you to keep better distance in self defense.

    Kickboxing has its roots in many striking styles of martial arts. Our style takes principles from Karate, Boxing, and some Muay Thai to create a well blended system.

    There are many local (NC) amateur and pro level kick boxing tournaments. The IKF and other organizations provide a standard in competition.

  • Kickboxing is great way to get in shape! No Matter your fitness level, now is the best time to start. Our instructors will help you build better strength and conditioning!

  • A water bottle bottle, sandals or slides, good attitude, and willingness to learn! We provide loaner gloves for your free trial. You’ll want to show up 10-15 minutes before the start of class.

  • No previous experience necessary! Beginners are welcome! If you do have previous experience, then come with a willing attitude to learn.

  • Your first class will consist of an introduction to our awesome team! An instructor will go over some basic terminology and techniques to help you start your journey into Kickboxing. If you have previous experience, an instructor will work with you see what your strengths are. Students without previous sparring experience do not spar on their first day. We start with pad drills and after a 2 week period, sparring with an experienced student is allowed.
